Once you've submitted the form, Alexander Martin himself will personally reach out to you at the scheduled time for a pre-session consultation. This consultation is designed to connect with you, understand your unique story, and discuss all the intricate details of your upcoming session. Retainer and Payment

 

50% of the package total is due at the time of reservation. Upon completion of your reservation, Alexander Martin Imagery will reserve the time and date agreed upon by both parties. The remaining payment for services is due on the day or before the second session. In the event all sessions are done on the same day, all payments are due on or before that day.

Cancellation

​

All rescheduled dates must be rescheduled a minimum of 14 days in advance of the date of the session. If Client requests to reschedule within 14 days of the session date, $125 late rescheduling fee is deducted from payments made and the total balance after late rescheduling fee is deducted is due before final session or before the gallery is delivered.  If Client chooses to cancel for any reason, all payments that have been made up to that point will be forfeited and future sessions will be canceled with no images from any session being delivered to client.
